I'm Himanshu Verma — known as The Nifty Man — a financial educator, AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-169614), and founder of HimanshuGyan LLP (DPIIT-recognised, Startup India). Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, I've spent 8+ years making financial education accessible to everyone.
I've cleared two NISM exams: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) — the SEBI-mandated certification for MF distribution, and NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives). These qualifications reflect my commitment to regulatory compliance and professional excellence.
