1. AMFI Registration Details

Himanshu Verma is a registered Mutual Fund Distributor under the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). ARN-169614 authorises distribution of mutual fund products across all Asset Management Companies (AMCs) in India. This registration is subject to compliance with AMFI Code of Conduct and SEBI Mutual Fund regulations.

2. NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser

Himanshu Verma is not registered as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. He does not provide personalised investment advice for a fee, does not manage client portfolios in an advisory capacity, and does not charge advisory fees.

3. NOT a SEBI Registered Research Analyst

Himanshu Verma is not registered as a Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. No research reports, buy/sell recommendations, price targets, or research-based advice is issued from this platform.

4. Commission Disclosure (AMFI Norms)

As an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, Himanshu Verma may receive trail commission and/or upfront commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on mutual fund investments facilitated through him. This commission is:

• Paid by the AMC — not charged directly to the investor
• Disclosed in the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) as per SEBI/AMFI norms
• Available for disclosure on written request from any investor

Investors are strongly encouraged to review the TER of each scheme before investing.

5. Prohibited Language

In compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines, the following language is strictly never used on this platform in any form:

• "Guaranteed returns" or "assured returns"
• "Fixed returns" or "fixed income from equity"
• "Sure-shot profit" or "100% profit"

This recognition applies to the skill development and financial education business operated under HimanshuGyan LLP (himanshugyan.com) and does not alter the regulatory obligations under SEBI/AMFI for mutual fund distribution activities.

↩️ Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. HimanshuGyan LLP — Courses & Digital Products

• Once a digital course, resource, or downloadable material is accessed or downloaded, a refund is not applicable.
• If you have not accessed the content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing contact@theniftyman.com with your transaction ID and purchase details.
• Partial refunds for partially used course content are not available.

2. Live Sessions, Webinars & Guest Lectures

• Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of session start are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• For institutional/corporate sessions booked under MoU, cancellation terms will be as per the signed agreement.

3. Mutual Fund Transactions (AMFI ARN-169614)

Mutual fund subscriptions and redemptions are governed entirely by the respective AMC's terms, SEBI regulations, and AMFI guidelines — not by this refund policy. Key points:

• SIP cancellations must be submitted to the AMC directly or through the distributor before the next deduction date
• Redemption proceeds are credited per the AMC's T+1/T+3 settlement norms
• Exit loads (if applicable) are as specified in each scheme's offer document
• We do not charge any direct advisory or distribution fee to investors — commission is from AMCs only

4. Real Estate Referrals

We only provide awareness and referrals for real estate projects. Any booking amount, cancellation fee, or refund is governed entirely by the respective developer's terms and applicable RERA regulations. We hold no liability for real estate transaction terms.

5. Business Partners Program

If any registration or enrolment fee is charged for the Business Partners Program, refund terms will be clearly communicated at the time of registration. Generally, refunds are available within 48 hours of enrolment if the program materials have not been accessed.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Transaction ID / Order ID / Payment receipt
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
